Information we collect

How we use information

We use this information to answer requests, prepare product or project information, maintain business records, deliver requested emails, protect the website, and improve site performance when optional analytics consent is granted.

Cookies and analytics

Necessary storage supports security and consent choices. Google Analytics 4 is configured through Google Tag Manager and remains subject to your optional cookie choices.

Email measurement

Newsletter open and link-click measurement is disabled by default. If enabled by the site administrator, campaign emails may use a signed open pixel and signed HTTP(S) redirect links. We do not store an IP address or User-Agent for these events, and unsubscribe links are not tracked. Open figures are approximate because email-client privacy features and image handling can affect them.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers or personnel needed to operate the website, deliver email, protect the service, or respond to the request, and where legally required. Inquiries, contact messages, sample requests, and their attachments use a 12-month default retention period. An administrator may extend or shorten an individual record where business, security, or legal needs require it. Expiry creates an administrative reminder and does not trigger silent automatic deletion. Newsletter addresses remain until unsubscribe or a deletion request, subject to any minimum suppression record required to prevent unwanted mail.
